doesn't work with iPod touch 5 gen. If it can't authenticate with apple servers then it will almost install then hang. Easy though to reload 6.13 so no harm done

@zigzigzag-same thing here. I was able to update a friends iPhone 4S and my iPhone 5 without problems, but no luck on the iPod Touch 5. :-/ Seems iOS 7 Beta 6 is the most recent that works. Perhaps we need iTunes 11.1 to do it? Strange how the others work though...
